Our Policies

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your service on the day.

Deposits are required for all treatments over $100. The deposit amount will be advised at the time of booking.

Bookings can be made online via our Timely booking system, by phone, or via Instagram DM.

We understand that life happens. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

We reserve the right to require full pre-payment for clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients.

Your deposit will not be refunded if your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival.

Your safety is our priority. Please advise us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies or skin conditions at the time of booking and again at your appointment.

Certain treatments are not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain skin conditions, are on blood thinners, or have had recent cosmetic procedures.

A consultation will be conducted prior to all treatments to ensure suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

Aftercare instructions will be provided following every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the best possible results and to avoid complications.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Factors including skin type, lifestyle, health and aftercare compliance will affect the outcome.

Touch-up appointments are included for Lip Blush treatments at 6–8 weeks. Additional touch-ups after this period are charged at the standard touch-up rate.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.

Due to the nature of our treatments and the equipment used, we cannot be responsible for the safety of unsupervised children in the salon.

We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a relaxing environment for all clients.

Le Beauty Secrets is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you about your appointments.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records. These will not be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable.

Vouchers can be used for any service or product. Change will not be given for vouchers — any unused balance remains on the voucher for future use.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher as cash.
